Jennifer: Pediatric Coordinator
I have been a part of the Tipton Team since graduating from Texas Tech with a BBA in Management in 2000! While at school, I met my husband, Todd; who, I am proud to say, is on the Lubbock Fire Department. We stay very busy with our three children: Averi, Jayci, and Kiser.
Thanks to the Tipton’s, I am CPR certified, a certified Nitrous Oxide monitor, and certified in both dental and orthodontic assisting. I have made so many wonderful friendships throughout the years with amazing co-workers and patients. When I’m not at Double T Smiles (aka - my second home), I enjoy spending time with great friends and watching sports, especially Texas Rangers baseball and all things Texas Tech!
Leslie: Dental Hygienist
I grew up in Amarillo where I received my AAS in Hygiene in 2007 from Amarillo College. This rewarding career brought my family to Lubbock and I became a hygienist for Double T Smiles in 2010. The Lord has blessed me with three marvelous boys that always keep me on the go! In my spare time, I enjoy church activities and volunteering with various organizations.
Double T Smiles has embraced me with open arms and quickly become my family. Drs. Roger and Nadene are an amazing team that I am honored to be a part of. The incredible staff, sweet kids, and caring parents make work seem more like the beginning of an exciting journey with no map or agenda! My daily goals are to help each patient gain and maintain a positive outlook regarding their oral health and to provide proficient care to everyone I come into contact with. Lastly, I strive to fulfill and excel in the duties that the Lord has established for me. Drs. Roger and Nadene, their staff, and the families we meet truly bless me every day.
Tammy: Dental Hygienist
I joined the Double T Smiles family in 2015, and I honestly couldn't love my job more! I graduated in 2014, from Amarillo College with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene. I am very passionate about educating patients on their oral health, making connections, and sending them home with shiny smiles! Working in pediatrics is so fun and rewarding. Our amazing little patients, their families, and our friendly and energetic team make it impossible to have a bad day.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two little girls, and I also have a passion for music—playing the piano and singing. I am very blessed to be a part of the team here at Double-T Smiles and getting to do what I love, while having fun at the same time.
Danna: Pediatric Clinician
I received my RDA license in 2004 and began working as an orthodontic clinician. In 2007, I joined the Double T Smiles family and am currently the lead dental clinician, as well as the pediatric and cleft palate clinical coordinator for Double T Smiles. Working for Drs. Roger and Nadene has truly been a blessing. I love that we are a family that truly cares for each other and our patients.
When I'm not at work, I'm usually spending time with my husband, Jonathan and our two boys, Kannan and Lincoln. Our two cats, Scarlet and Elsa, complete our family. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, cheering Kannan on in sports, and working out.
Wendi: Pediatric Clinician
I have been a part of the Double T Smiles family since 2014. I began as the sterilization coordinator and received my certification as a dental clinician shortly after. I now work full-time as a dental assistant for Dr. Roger. From the doctors to the staff, I truly believe that I work with the greatest group of people.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Phillip, and our four kids: Brookelynn, Luke, Ethan, and Emily. In my spare time, I enjoy hunting, fishing, and camping. You can usually find me with a book in my hand as I am obsessed with reading or out at the softball fields, watching our youngest play.
