Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, however, when possible, we appreciate 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
Insurance
Our office is not a participant/provider with any insurance company plan. This means that our patients pay for treatment on the day of service, and then we submit all insurance claims for you. We fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. If at any time you experience a lapse in coverage or there is any portion of your bill unpaid by insurance, it remains your full responsibility.
