Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and you may occasionally need to cancel or reschedule. If possible, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another patient.

Pediatric Office Policies & Insurance

We welcome all patients from birth through 18 years of age. Our office participates with United Concordia TRICARE Dental Program, and we honor the fees and reimbursement schedules established by this plan. For all other insurance providers, we are considered out-of-network. Payment in full is requested at the time of service. To help you take advantage of your dental insurance benefits, we will gladly file your claim with your insurance company as a courtesy. While we make every effort to help you receive your full benefits, please note that insurance coverage varies widely. We can only provide an estimate of your benefits—not a guarantee. Any portion of your bill not covered by insurance, or any lapse in coverage, remains your responsibility.

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover), mobile payments, and CareCredit.

Orthodontic Office Policies & Insurance

To help us maintain the highest level of professional care, we have established the following financial policies:

  • Courtesy Discount: A discount is available when full payment is made at the start of treatment.
  • Insurance Discount: If you have orthodontic insurance, a discount may be applied to the portion not covered by insurance when paid in full.
  • Flexible Payment Plans: Customized financial arrangements are available to spread payments over several months following an initial down payment.

If you have orthodontic insurance, we will help you determine your coverage and file all necessary claims. We ask that you assign your insurance benefits to our office. The remaining balance will be arranged for you to pay according to your agreed financial plan. If, for any reason, insurance benefits are unpaid, reduced, or terminated, the total treatment fee remains your responsibility. Our team will assist you every step of the way to ensure your insurance claims are processed efficiently and your questions are answered promptly.
