Orthodontic Financial Coordinator
I have been with Double T Smiles since May of 2006 as a financial and patient coordinator. This includes insurance and financial tasks, as well as building projects and maintenance to keep our practice a great place to visit. Everyone here is like family. You don’t have to be blood to make the kinds of connections we have here!
When I am not with my amazing team at Double T Smiles, I hang out with my husband, Coy, and soak up every enjoyable moment of life on our farm. The rest of my time is spent loving on my fur babies, going to the lake house with family and friends, and keeping the rest of my life organized!

Orthodontic Patient Coordinator
While I officially joined the Double T Smiles team in 2013, my whole family has been part of the Double T Smiles team for many years because we have all been patients here! That includes myself, my husband, Abner, and our twin daughters Kiersten and Kelsie. I honestly look forward to coming to work each and every day! I love my work family and all the families that visit us. As the orthodontic patient coordinator, I help with scheduling patients, billing, and patient communications. I also work with Dr. Mike and Dr. Colleen to coordinate marketing events within the community.
Spending time with my husband, kids, and grandkids is my favorite pastime! Aside from that, I love to travel, bargain shop, and make fresh floral arrangements.

Lead Orthodontic Clinician
I joined the Double T Smiles team in 2016 as an orthodontic clinician. Now as the lead orthodontic clinician, I assist Dr. Mike with every patient appointment, coordinate daily schedules for the clinicians, and make sure our appointments run on time. I'm bilingual and can communicate treatment plans to families when needed. I love interacting with our patients and their families while helping to create beautiful smiles every day.
I’m married and have five children who keep us very busy. I enjoy outdoor activities, sports, camping, and hiking, but my favorite thing to do is spend time with family and friends!

Orthodontic Treatment & Marketing Coordinator
I have been part of Double T Smiles since 2007 as the orthodontic treatment coordinator. I work with Dr. Mike and the patient from the moment they walk through the door. I guide them through the treatment planning process by listening to their concerns and goals of treatment, explaining treatment options and steps, managing financial arrangements, and ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience. I truly enjoy my job and the opportunities to build relationships with our patients and their families. In addition to helping create beautiful smiles every day, I plan and organize fun contests and marketing events for current and prospective patients.
I grew up in Shallowater. My husband, Wade, and I raise our two girls, Hope and Gracie, in that same special town. We love watching our kids’ sports, being involved in our community and church, traveling, and most of all, spending time with our family and friends.

Laboratory Technician and Orthodontic Assistant
I have been part of the Double T Smiles family since 2000! I started in sterilization and then moved to the orthodontic clinic as an assistant. Since 2008, I have been the laboratory technician for the office. I fabricate appliances (rapid palatal expanders, space maintainers, habit appliances, etc.) and acrylic retainers! I love our patients and their families here at Double T Smiles. I also love knowing that my small contribution to their smiles will positively impact the rest of their lives!
My husband, Matt, and I have two children, Taylor and Brinley. We love spending our downtime together cooking and relaxing on the patio. We are involved with the Frenship Memorial Band Boosters where we get to support the band directors and students throughout the year. I play the trumpet in our church orchestra along with my kids and my dad. Music is a huge part of our lives!

I was blessed to join our Double T Smiles family in May of 2022. My favorite part of my job is interacting with patients and their families. I love watching our patients grow up as we create their beautiful smiles. I am bilingual and am able to articulate treatment plans to our families. In addition to assisting Dr. Mike chairside, I help with preparing diagnostic records, material ordering, and bringing a calm presence to our anxious patients.
I have two kids, Rogelio and Kamilah, who keep me very busy. We love family time, playing and watching sports, movies, and cooking.

Orthodontic Assistant
I joined the Double T Smiles team in Spring of 2025 after graduating from Lubbock Christian University. I assist Dr. Mike chairside and maintain initial and final patient records. I am enjoying learning and growing with the team and our patients each day. I hope our patients have an exceptional experience in our office! I truly love coming into the office knowing I am making a difference in our patients’ lives, all while working with an amazing team. Every day gets more rewarding, fun, and exciting!
In my free time, I love to write and read - particularly Agatha Christie novels! I am an expert jewelry crafter and have many Legends of Zelda tricks up my sleeve.
